This gorgeous water is a real zinger. Your eyes will pop open wide and your taste buds will wake up for sure! We love to have this first thing in the morning. It also works quite well if you are craving sugar. One swig of this and it will knock that craving right out with a POW.

Hydration doesn’t have to be boring and it can actually be something you look forward to. Mix your water up with different flavours, fruits, vegetables and herbs.

Ingredients:  

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Thumb sized piece of ginger – peeled and sliced
  • Slice of lemon
  • Hot Water

Method:

  1. Boil the water 
  2. Add a few ginger and lemon slices 
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar 
  4. Enjoy… this is really a zinger
